Winter 2003 / 2004

After only 3 to 4 weeks into the winter of 2003 / 2004, the northeast quadrant of the country has seen record low temperatures set.  On the morning of Friday, January 16th, the temperature at 8:00 A.M. was 8 degrees below zero, with a wind-chill index of 25 to 45 degrees below zero!  The following photos were taken with-in a span of 4 weeks, and hopefully, do not indicate how the rest of the winter will play out.
