Shemekia Copeland, Grammy nominee and multiple W.C. Handy Award winner, was this year's headliner. She was recently honored with "Contemporary Female Artist of the Year," "Album of the Year," "Song of the Year," and "Contemporary Female Artist of the Year" awards. Ms. Copeland, daughter of the late blues legend Johnny Copeland, is 22.
